4Summary:
This position is accountable for performing quality MRI and/or CT exams through the application of advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strict attention to patient care. This position is accountable for providing expertise for all ages from neonatal/newborn to adults. The patient acuity ranges from stable outpatients to critically ill patients on full life support.
Education:
Graduation from accredited program in Radiological Technology
2-3 years MRI/CT experience preferred pediatric experience is desirable
Possess a level of clinical expertise and competency in cross sectional anatomy
Certification/Licensure:
Must be ARRT(R)(MR) registered
ARRT (MRI)(CT) preferred requires TMB Licensure within 90 days.
Must be ARRT (CT) registered or enrolled in an approved registry program registry completed within 18 months of hire
Texas licensed Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist
