• Cath Lab Supervisor
  Lead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH including prep and recovery services. This is a high-impact role within our cardiovascular service line ideal for a visionary leader passionate about innovation and outcomes.
• Surgery Supervisor
  Oversee surgery with 24/7 accountability. Create a safe professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes.
• ICU Supervisor
  Support day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU focusing on holistic patient-centered care and staff development.

Iowa Lutheran Hospital

• PACU Supervisor
  Lead perioperative care in OPS/PACU serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties.
• Endoscopy Supervisor
  Oversee clinical services in Endo ensuring regulatory compliance staff engagement and high-quality patient care.
• Emergency Department Supervisor
  Manage fast-paced ED operations with a focus on safety quality and team support.

Methodist West Hospital

• Surgery Supervisor
  Lead OR Central Sterile Processing and Preop/PACU services. Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver exceptional perioperative care.
• Emergency Department Supervisor
  Guide ED operations with a holistic approach to patient care and staff development.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience

License(s)/Certifications:

• BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
• Current RN licensure in Iowa
