Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:$80000 -$100000 per year
- Competitive base salary (65K) during training (first 90 days)
- Commission-based pay once licensed

What Youll Do
- Conduct hearing evaluations and educate patients on hearing loss
- Provide consultative sales support for hearing aids and accessories
- Fit and demonstrate hearing devices
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data privacy
- Achieve sales goals and support local marketing events
- Collaborate with Front Office Associates for smooth operations
What Youll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 24 years of direct selling experience in a metrics-driven role
- Strong interpersonal skills: confident empathetic and solution-oriented
- Tech proficiency: Microsoft Office CRM POS systems
- Passion for healthcare sales and patient care
