Job Summary

Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Cleveland OH 44195
Contract Length: 1516 weeks (flexible based on preference)
Shift: 3x12-hour shifts Day/Night Rotating (7:00 AM 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Payrate: $55 - $60/hr

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nursefor an exciting job in Cleveland OH.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care on medical-surgical telemetry units.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes.
Administer medications monitor side effects and document patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians multidisciplinary staff and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with hospital standards.
Uphold patient safety quality and patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications:

Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license.
Minimum2 Years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted).
Certifications: AHA BLS ACLS NIHSS.
Must successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
