Job Summary
Our client a national AmLaw firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex high-stakes commercial disputes within a collaborative and nationally recognized litigation team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 58 years of commercial litigation experience and be comfortable managing all stages of complex litigation matters including:
Conducting factual investigations and discovery
Preparing pleadings depositions and motions
Handling settlement negotiations and client communications
Appearing in state and federal courts
Supporting arbitrations and administrative proceedings
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Active California bar membership
Experience with both state and federal court litigation required
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent client service mindset and attention to detail
