Shift Options:
Day 312-Hour (07:00 AM 07:30 PM)
Night 312-Hour (07:00 PM 07:30 AM)
Rotation may be required based on operational needs
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 1516 weeks based on candidate preference)

Compensation:
Travelers (50 miles from facility): $2500 $2600 per week
Locals (within 50 miles): $60 $62 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Med/Surg Telemetryfor an exciting job in Cleveland OH.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive bedside care to adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
Accurately monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; promptly respond to abnormalities.
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute and evaluate individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses treatment options and discharge planning.
Document all care activities accurately within EPIC or equivalent EMR.
Maintain compliance with all hospital state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

License: Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license (required)
Certifications: AHA BLS ACLS and NIHSS (required)
Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel or perm)
Oncology/Chemotherapy background preferred (training available for eligible candidates)
