Job Summary

A growing healthcare company is seeking a professional and organized Intake Specialist to join their team. The role involves receiving and managing referrals (primarily from nursing homes) verifying patient insurance eligibility and ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Responsibilities Include:

Receiving and processing new referrals from facilities and providers
Verifying insurance coverage eligibility copays and deductibles
Collecting and organizing patient documentation
Entering information accurately into the system and creating sales orders
Coordinating delivery schedules and following up with patients or facilities as needed

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Proficiency with computers and data entry
Prior experience in intake healthcare administration or insurance verification preferred
Willing to train the right candidate

Salary: $20 $25 /Hour
