In this key role the Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Manager will report to the Head of Culture and Change Management and be responsible for implementing our DE&I strategy coordinating key initiatives across the organization in alignment with our culture strategy and ambitions.

Day to day:
- Implement our DE&I strategy towards our strategic ambition of becoming a Purposeful and Inclusive place to work.
- Enable and support key stakeholders at all levels across the organization to ensure DE&I is valued across DLL and diversity targets set can be met.
- Support Group Sustainability on delivery of our promise to ensure ESG ambitions are met including CSRD requirements concerning diversity topics.
- Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence (talent acquisition talent management learning & development and total rewards) to integrate DE&I into the overall member experience employee value proposition and engagement surveys to drive and measure member satisfaction retention and attraction.
- Drive implementation of DE&I initiatives through creation of tool kits monitoring and tracking progress and facilitating relevant activities in line with the local context.
- Set up coordinate and guide internal network of ambassadors to implement DE&I initiatives and share best practices across local countries.
- Partner with communications to create a communications and social media plan to raise awareness of the importance and impact of DE&I at DLL both internally and externally.
- Connect with relevant internal and external stakeholders including Rabobank Group to align and share best practices.

Essentials:
- A passion for people is required.
- At least 5 years experience managing DE&I initiatives and creating/ implementing strategies at a global enterprise (multiple countries and cultures) or significant high-impact DE&I consulting projects on long-term engagements is required
- Knowledge of current DE&I trends research and best-practices is required.
- 5 or more years experience in HR or related field is desirable.
- Ability to think big picture with willingness to roll up sleeves and execute with an appetite to challenge the status quo.
- Results driven with an eye for detail.
- Confident communicator natural facilitator adept at engaging with global audiences with ability to inspire or call to action.
- Ability to set up inspire and coordinate a network of international ambassadors for implementation
- Fluent in English; other language skills welcomed.
- Bachelors degree in business HR or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
