The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Finance team you are responsible for payroll processes and calculations contributing to the financial accuracy of the organization. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain professional standards while building meaningful client connections. This role requires proficiency in English and experience with payroll accounting as well as familiarity with SAP for accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processes and confirming accuracy
- Collaborate with HR to address payroll-related inquiries
- Analyze payroll data for compliance and reporting
- Support the implementation of payroll systems and tools
- Mentor team members on payroll recommended practices
- Engage with stakeholders to understand payroll needs
- Confirm adherence to local labor laws and regulations
- Develop training resources for payroll processes
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Accounting & Finance Banking and Finance
- Business Administration/Management Finance
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart

- Monthly and bi-monthly contributions calculation for payment
- Knowledge of SAP for accounting purposes preferred
