We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Functional Resource with a strong background in Application Maintenance Services. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience focusing on optimising and maintaining payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
Functional Expertise:
Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functionalities.
Configure and customise payroll processes to meet specific business needs.
Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
Application Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and support of Employee Central Payroll applications.
Ensure system stability performance and reliability.
Implement updates and enhancements to improve system functionality.
Process Optimisation:
Analyse current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business goals.
Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve functional payroll issues.
Provide timely and effective solutions to minimise operational disruptions.
Document and track issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
User Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of payroll functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users addressing any queries or issues.
Develop user manuals and training materials to support learning and development.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes configurations and maintenance activities.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Approximately 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Strong experience in application maintenance services.
Proven ability to optimise and enhance payroll processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Knowledge of integration with other HR and finance systems.
