Delivering for Penrith is an exciting program of work that will impact the resilience and sustainability of Penrith City Council for the next decade and beyond.
The role sits within the Future Directions and Resilience Department which is deeply rooted in shaping strategy that delivers on the ambitions of both the organisation and the City.
The Delivering for Penrith Program Manager will have an organisational-wide mandate to support and drive a change management process that will align our organisations delivery with the transformational growth happening across our City.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from$142051.00 - $164429.00 p.a 12% Superannuationand will be negotiated commensurate with the skills qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant.
Leaseback Vehicle access is subject to inclusion in the substantive role and agreement from the relevant department.

You will be required to undertake employment checks which may include a Criminal History Check Qualification Check Working with Children Check Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council for review in order to progress through the recruitment process.
