Job Summary
- Prompt Design & Optimization: Design test and refine complex prompts for enterprise environments prioritizing accuracy privacy fairness and compliance.- Agent Persona Development: Define and build agent personas roles and behavioral guidelines for various domain-specific applications.- Conversational Logic: Manage multi-turn conversational flows memory handling and contextual continuity to create natural and effective interactions.- Advanced Pattern Development: Develop and implement few-shot zero-shot chain-of-thought and hybrid prompting patterns to enhance the models reasoning and context retention.- Evaluation & Quality Assurance: Create and manage prompt evaluation frameworks tooling and workflows to systematically monitor and improve output quality tone and factual clarity.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers software engineers and UI designers to seamlessly integrate prompt strategies into production pipelines and user-facing products.
- 4 years of experience in Software Development ML and/or data science with recent focus on GenAI and LLMs; deep understanding of prompt engineering best practices.
- Proven ability to design and optimize complex prompts (e.g. multi-shot chain-of-thought) for real-world use cases demonstrating a deep understanding of best practices for improving factuality reducing hallucinations and controlling tone.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs embeddings vector databases and RAG workflows.
- Strong scripting or Python skills; ability to run tests analyze outputs and automate iterations.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically about language logic and information accuracy.
