As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing safe effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.

Ward 5C is an 1822 bed inpatient unit specializing in the care and treatment of patients with both malignant and non-malignant haematological team on 5C is well-established and highly skilled offering a welcoming supportive environment. We pride ourselves on delivering complex compassionate care to a diverse group of patients.

Role details

• Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual roles available
• Salary Classification: Registered Nurse Year 1-8.
• Remuneration: $36.38 - $51.08 per hour superannuation annual leave loading salary packaging options RDOs

INCENTIVE: UP TO $2000 RELOCATION INCENTIVE BY NEGOTIATION

Selection criteria (Essential)

• Registered Nurse authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting and a genuine interest in haematology nursing.
• Ability to work unsupervised proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated excellent communication interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Pre-employment conditions:

• Be an Australian citizen permanent resident or hold a visa with unlimited rights to work in Australia.
• Successfully complete pre-employment checks. Checks include: reference checks work rights criminal history check and WWCC.
• Provide evidence of immunisation as required for the role.
