Remuneration: $36.08p/hr Super NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our St Stephens team
Our Senior Administration Officers provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages from extensive business unit knowledge to support a program of work in either a department/ward or the hospital to facilitate the delivery of business operations. You will:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients their families and visiting medical practitioners
Process patient admissions transfers and discharges and the preparation of clinical forms
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality complying with administration and financial policy and procedures maintaining accurate current and accessible files
Complete and correctly interpret Health fund checks as
Ensure timely notes are entered into SAP in relation to all Patient interactions including admission and payment notes
What makes a difference for us
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent and /or applicable experience
Highly experienced in providing medical administration support
Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
Highly developed time management and organisational skills
Organised with an excellent attention to detail to prioritise work effectively
Excellent computer skills with experience using SAP Genie Cerner or other hospital patient administration systems is highly desirable
Flexibility with working days and times
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
