Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP) is seeking an experienced and people-centered Sales Manager (Client Relations Team Manager) to lead our Client Relations Department.
This department manages intake sales and client success-helping prospective clients understand our value-based approach and guiding them through a smooth onboarding process with our legal team.
Were looking for a hands-on leader who is both strategic and empathetic-someone who can coach inspire and hold a team accountable while protecting and advancing the positive integrity-driven culture weve built.
What Youll Do
- Lead and develop the Client Relations team including Client Relationship Managers Welcome Specialists and Client Success Coordinators.
- Own the firms monthly and quarterly sales goals for estate planning updates and estate administration.
- Track analyze and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates meeting volume and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Legal to improve the client experience and ensure consistent value-based communication.
- Coach team members through client interactions provide regular feedback and personally step into key meetings when needed.
- Conducting client meetings when needed.
- Oversee recruiting training and onboarding within the department to maintain excellence and continuity.

- Prospective clients feel valued heard and excited to work with our firm.
- Sales goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Client satisfaction remains exceptional reflected in a Net Promoter Score above 75 and ongoing 5-star reviews.
- Accurate timely data and thoughtful reporting support leadership decisions.
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of demonstrated sales success in professional services or high-value consultative environments.
- 5 years of leadership experience managing and developing a team.
- Skilled communicator with strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using data and metrics to drive performance.
- Experienced with CRMs and productivity tools (Lawmatics Actionstep Google Workspace or similar).
- Committed to proactive problem-solving teamwork and continuous improvement.
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $90000-$110000 annually (based on experience).
- Variable compensation based on sales goals and team performance
