Casey Auto Group is a seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join the team at our auto finance division Auto Credit of Virginia.
This position is crucial to our daily operations providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments including cashier operations insurance and title processing account management legal administration collections and general management. Position Details:
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: The schedule can vary and may be either 9:00 am2:00 pm or 1:00 pm6:00pm Monday-Friday depending on the needs of the office. Occasional Saturday coverage for the cashier position may be required. If you work a Saturday you will receive a day off during the week.

The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth workflow and organizational efficiency by offering flexible support and maintaining effective coordination between teams. You will be a crucial team member assisting as needed in various departments to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
