Oncology sales team seeks to fill Customer Manager role in Poland in the following locations:
Dolnośląskie
Opolskie
part of Lubuskie
Customer Manager is responsible for the promotion of our oncology portfolio contributing an important part in our total company success reporting to Sales Team Leader. Maintaining and establishing relations with assigned and potential customers in his/her territory to achieve/exceed sales objectives for our Company products. Building a positive image of our Company and products. Achieving set sales objectives for promoted products according to sales plans and allocated budget.
Main responsibilities are as follows:
Planning activities within the territory based on marketing recommendations and in close cooperation with immediate superior; create and implement Account Plans in compliance with our procedures and ethical standards.
Responsible for sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers and all relevant customers as identified from account plans.
Providing product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and agreed promotional materials to adequately support sales calls including different channels management (Omnichannel).
Planning organizing and participating in appropriate group activities (presentations meetings with expert congresses etc.) within the limits of the established budget to positively support ongoing sales activities.
Timely administrating e-contract system CRM Veeva performing activity reports expense reports Adverse Events Reports and other requested reports.
Timely providing relevant information to superior about local market competitors activities implementation of new promotional campaign and own activities and ideas.
Achieves sales goals while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures.
Close collaborate in cross functional teams to achieve common goals.
To maintain the high level of professional competencies required for successful execution of assigned responsibilities taking responsibility for self-education by maintaining and updating knowledge in identified areas.
Responsible for proper maintenance and usage of company assets: car computer mobile phone and promotional materials etc.
Active learning from more experienced colleagues to acquire effective working methods.
Qualifications
University degree (preferably life science or business)
5 years of experience on pharma sales (preferably experience on hospital or oncology setting)
Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel
Strong scientific profile ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments
Excellent communication skills
Customer focus excellent customer relationship
Positive attitude with can do and growth mindset with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
Loyalty honesty team worker
Good planning and organization analysis and problem solving creative thinking
Listening and learning (ready to receive feedback)
Competent presentation skills
Very good command of English language computer and digital skills
