What Youll Be Doing

Youll be the heartbeat of our FM Helpdesk (experience here is a bonus not a must!):

Delivering top-tier service to clients and contractors
Building strong relationships across the business
Managing emails and calls with confidence
Handling queries and assigning jobs efficiently
Chasing up outstanding tasks
Keeping systems updated for full transparency
Ensuring maintenance is processed on time
Communicating daily with contractors
Challenging unnecessary call-outs
Collaborating with site managers and engineers
Working to meet business KPIs
Maintaining professionalism at all times
