About the role
Welcome to the Loss Team a team dedicated to helping the business control loss and enhance product availability. Our focus is on understanding the drivers of loss and ensuring that stores receive the right solutions and support to reduce loss and improve On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
As a Trading Partner in the Trading & Product Loss Team your role will centre on supporting Trading team plans while actively managing loss. Youll dive into data and insights to uncover the key drivers of loss across each category sharing these findings to Trading teams and brands and help translate them into targeted actions that prevent product loss and boost availability.
