Job Summary
Were looking for a Key Account Manager who can confidently engage with all relevant hospital stakeholders Youll be the single point of contact for hospital accounts.
Your Mission:
Adapt to a changing market by integrating and synchronizing sales efforts. Represent the company with a one face to customer approach and lead negotiations at the hospital management level.
What Youll Do:
- Drive net sales growth and market share
- Manage hospital tenders contracts and offers
- Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
- Perform account deep dives and develop tailored strategies
- Ensure tender excellence from mapping to follow-up
What You Bring:
- University degree in science and/or business
- 3 years of scientific sales experience in hospital business
- Strong negotiation analytical and presentation skills
- Fluent in Dutch English and French
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
