CAPTURE SPECIALIST- Tysons Corner Va / Hybrid Remote (2 days per week on site)
- Assist in the development and submission of proposals ensuring all documents are well-organized accurate and submitted on time.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the proposal process by suggesting enhancements to ensure streamlined operations and superior submissions.
- Support the maintenance of proposal archives including templates past submissions and supportive documents.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and consultants to translate technical input into clear compelling proposal content.
- Write and edit proposal content including technical descriptions executive summaries and project methodologies ensuring clarity and compliance with requirements.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years total experience federal government contracting procurement business development and capture with proposal writing and/or capture management or/and opportunity lead RFP structures and evaluation criteria Strong research writing and editing skills GovWin FPDS SharePoint and proposal management platforms as well as proven working knowledge of contract vehicles (GSA OASIS ITES or DHS contracting vehicles)
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS Degree in Business Communications English Public Policy or a related field.
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(s): APMP certification or formal training in Shipley or equivalent Capture/Proposal methodologies
- MUST Be Available to work On Site 2 days per week at Vienna Virginia location.
- REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must Be US Citizen for Secret Cleance.
