Main Ingredients of the Job!

As aUSFOODSYardJockeyyouwill be critical to theUS FOODSteam. You will beresponsible formoving trailers to and from dock doors based on instructions from supervisors or the shipping office while following all regulatory and company safety standards policies and procedures. Always ensure cleanliness and adequate fueling of trailers.

1st Schedule: SunMonTues 7:00pm-4:00am Wed off Thursday 7:00pm -4:00amFriday 5:00pm-2:00am Saturday off 5pm Flexibility to support other switching duties as needed.

2nd Schedule :Sun 5:00pm-2:00am Mon 6:00pm-3:00am Tues off Wed 6:00pm-3:00am Thursday5:30pm -2:30am Fri off Sat 12:30pm- 7:30pm flexibility to support other switching duties as needed.

Rate of Pay- $25.97

• Communicate with Dispatcher/Router for truck/trailer and doorassignments.

• Stage shuttle trailers nightly for shuttle drivers

• Set up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty pallets.

• Keep assigned equipment coupled

• Loadunloador merge loads between environments

• Place backhauls inthecorrect door tobe unloadedbythewarehouse

• Make sure all equipmentis pairedand ready forthenext days deliveries

• Work with mechanics nightly

What you bring to the table

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must haveavalid drivers license issued bythestate of residence

• Minimum of six monthsCDLcommercial driving experience preferred

• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; maybe requiredin specific locations

• Must be able to pass DOT physical.

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education specific skills function geographic location and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $22.00-$27.00
