Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Case Manager (RN required) for our York PA Pediatrics and Adults home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout York PA and surrounding areas.

- Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in York PA and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise LPNs RNs and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
