We are searching for a talented LPN Supportive Care - VNA
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift 8:00am - 4:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Practical Nursing is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of I.V. pump and central line maintenance is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with various software database and electronic records programs is preferred.
- One (1) year of recent hospital Medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience is required.
- Experience in Hospice and or Palliative Care preferred.
- Current LPN Licensure in both RI and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- BLS & CPR Certification is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
