Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a growing law firm with billing management through Clio and direct communication with clients. The firm consists of approximately 15 attorneys and the VA will play a key role in ensuring timely accurate billing and maintaining excellent client relations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries invoices payments).
Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients.
Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters.
Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed.
Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories.
Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.
Communicate professionally via email phone and client portals.
Requirements:
Experience using Clio Manage (billing timekeeping or client management).
Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several clients.
Professional reliable and proactive work ethic.
Stable internet connection and remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple attorneys or a law firm.
Knowledge of general legal billing procedures and terminology.
Customer service experience or client-facing role background.
