What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team of tutors and assessors.
• Driving excellence in teaching learning and student outcomes.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Championing safeguarding inclusion and learner wellbeing.
• Supporting curriculum development and quality assurance.

Who Were Looking For

Youre a passionate Hair & Beauty educator with:

• FE Teaching experience
• A teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to gain one
• Industry experience in Hair & Beauty
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to equality innovation and continuous improvement
• IQA or assessor qualifications
• A Level 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy or relevant industry experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Management experience or qualifications.
