Overview

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ( some on-call nights/weekends)

Using evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise youll create a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence. Alongside teaching youll provide direct compassionate patient care and manage a diverse caseloadmaking a lasting impact on both your patients and the next generation of nurses.

Responsibilities

Facilitates coordinated transitions from orientation program to independence within targeted goal.

Tracks required orientation progress and provides progress to the Clinical Supervisor

Conducts new employee competency assessment and sets weekly goals with Clinical Leadership Team validates competencies throughout the orientation period.

Demonstrates competency and proficiency in case management for provision of care clinical expertise documentation utilization effectiveness patient experience and quality outcomes.

Completes all documentation accurately and submits to office within 24 hours of visit phone call and/or change in treatment or orders.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of State Board approved program for Registered Nurses

Licensure/Certification:

  • Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
  • Auto insurance
  • Current license to practice nursing according to state where service is provided
  • Valid Mandatory Reporter course completion by state requirement
  • BLS

Other:

  • Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
