Entry Client Risk Associate

Our Entry Client Risk Associate uses their problem-solving skills with our guidelines to maintain our client records and assist our clients with updates. Their daily interactions are with a mix of internal and external clients. We are looking for a positive team player with a strong work ethic positive attitude coach-able a high sense of urgency with tasks great attention to detail adapts well to change excellent organization and some who isnt afraid to take ownership and shows pride in their work.

• Updating and maintaining accounts
• Updating and maintaining contacts
• Supporting website logins
• Handling general account inquiries
• Assisting clients both internal and external via phone and email
• Drafting and mailing letters and notifications to clients
• Reviewing conditions supplied for applications
• Various projects as assigned by leadership

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel etc.) is preferred
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Onsite attendance is required
• Ability to work 11am-8pm M-F
