Job Description Summary

The Senior 401(k) Benefits & Global Mobility Analyst is responsible the administration of the companys 401(k) plan and supporting international employee mobility programs. This role is responsible for supporting the administration and strategic analysis of the 401(k) plans and ensures compliance with federal and international regulations provides associate support and collaborates with internal and external partners to deliver seamless benefits and mobility experiences.

Job Description

401(k) Administration:

  • Oversee daily operations of the 401(k) plans including funding of contributions and compliance testing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for plan participants and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement plan changes and system integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Coordinate annual audits and nondiscrimination testing.
  • Prepare and file required government reports (e.g. Form 5500).
  • Educate associates on retirement plan features and financial wellness.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for plan improvements and cost analysis.

Global Mobility Administration:

  • Coordinate international assignments localizations and domestic relocations in partnership with HR legal tax and external vendors.
  • Administer expatriate compensation including allowances benefits and tax equalization.
  • Maintain accurate records of global assignments while ensuring compliance with labor laws tax regulations and company policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Payroll HRIS Finance and Legal teams to ensure accurate data integration compensation and reporting.
  • Recommend improvements to plan design and mobility policies based on benchmarking and regulatory updates.

Required Skills and Education

  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience including 401(k) benefits administration and/or global mobility with exposure to broader HR functions such as employee relations and compliance.
  • Experience with 401(k) plan recordkeeping and HR systems including recordkeeping platforms and global mobility tools.
  • Proficient in HR operations with excellent organizational analytical and communication skills to support cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR regulations and compliance including ERISA IRS DOL and international mobility regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments support policy development and contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
