Job Summary

The Excalibur Groupis currently seeking a Consultantfor alocal contractinWashington DC.

** Will be subject to a background check prior to employment. **

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

Independently provides specific functional expertise in support of requirements.
Utilizes a deeper technical understanding of requirements to assist with analysis evaluation and implementation of tasks contributing to problem solving and strategic decision making.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to leadership and program teams offering strategic advice and innovative solutions.
Conduct research assessments and evaluations to identify challenges risks and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the development of policies strategies and action plans that enhance organizational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams external agencies and stakeholders to support program and mission success.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelors degree

If you do not have a Bachelors the following may be substituted:
High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Experience in emergency management homeland security public safety or related field preferred.

PAY

$40/hour
