Job Summary
Description of the role:
We are looking for a dedicated PART-TIME LPN (DAYS) to join our team at Trotwood Health & Rehab LLC in Dayton OH.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the RN and within the scope of LPN practice.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist with residents activities of daily living and personal care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care to residents.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule to cover day shifts.
