Description
Possess expertise in YouTubes content management system (CMS) the policies surrounding copyright infringement and an overall knowledge of UGC claims while staying up to date with platform changes new strategies and uses of new applications to provide regular feedback to the team and have a thorough understanding of how to verify the clients assets and unsynchronized usage without error.
Responsibilities
- Perform copyright claims on YouTube ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements while aiming to meet and exceed monthly goals.
- Stay informed about platform updates and participate in training and development to adapt to new processes and tools.
- Use the provided tools and applications to streamline the claim process and improve efficiency.
- Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of tools and strategies to improve overall processes.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the companys goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong Internet research skills
- Proficiency in MS Office G Suite and other basic business software.
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and apply new policies tools and procedures quickly and effectively.
- Analytical skills to track personal performance and contribute to team improvements.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work extended hours when required.
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
The Shift
- Morning Shift (7 am to 3pm)
- Work from home for 4 days per week except on wednesday
- For the first month you need to visit the office on all 5 days for training purposes (3pm to 11 pm)
