爱迪生工程技术发展培训生项目EEDP是为GE医疗培养未来的技术精英和技术领军者的培训生项目通过2年在不同研发岗位颇具挑战的轮岗和一系列丰富的技术和领导力培训课程项目成员能够具备优秀工程技术人才的综合素质并在职业早期加速提升技术研发与创新的核心技能全方位锻炼领导力为长远职业发展奠定坚实的基础
任职要求
海内外应届毕业生2026年7月底之前毕业
硕士及以上学历专业方向为生物医学工程图像处理与算法软件开发/计算机工程电气工程机械工程等详见下方专业方向列表
对医疗行业有基本的了解对技术研发工作充满热情勇于创新接受挑战
较强的逻辑思维和分析能力自信乐观积极主动快速学习善于解决问题
较强的的团队协作能力具备领导力潜质
较强的沟通能力优秀的中英文表达能力
专业方向列表
电气工程方向
模拟/数字电路设计嵌入式系统电力电子FPGA嵌入式软件编程运动控制熟悉相关的设计和仿真验证工具
机械工程方向
结构件设计机箱机柜设计运动机构悬吊装置设计等静力学和动力学仿真;熟练使用机械设计软件如Pro-E或Solid Works
软件与计算机工程方向
软件工程计算机科学与技术生物医学工程图像处理电子工程通信工程熟练使用JavaC/CPython等编程语言了解micro-service structure了解Linux OS
图像处理与算法方向
生物医学工程仪器设计方向电子工程通信工程建模与算法模型图像处理优化与重建机器学习深度学习高等数学物理等专业熟练使用Matlab或Python
系统设计方向
生物医学工程仪器设计方向医工交叉学科工程物理高等数学统计学理工科跨专业或双学位毕业生
