Job Summary
Location
Umina Beach NSW AustraliaSupport adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich independent and empowered lives. This opportunity is working with our SIL house clients in Umina Beach. Your day-to-day may include:
Providing respectful support with personal care mealtimes medication and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building independence and decision-making
Supporting community engagement social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with our clients
What Youll Bring:
We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values are client-focused in their approach to care and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. Youll bring:
A can-do attitude and growth mindset youre open to learning and ready to make a difference
Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred however your passion & enthusiasm is key!
NSW Drivers Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability across a variety of shift times including:
Early mornings (6am - 9am)
Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
Afternoons & evenings
Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
