Job Summary
Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machinist with5-axis experienceto join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine setup operation and adjustments requiring minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup & Operation:Set up and operate CNC machining centers efficiently.
- Troubleshooting:Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers machines and processes as needed.
- Blueprint Interpretation:Work from blueprint requirements to select tools set feeds and determine speeds.
- Quality Inspection:Inspect machined parts using precision hand tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Workplace Maintenance:Maintain a clean and organized work environment including tools equipment and machines.
- Tool Management:Monitor and reorder tools as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education:High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience:4-6 years in CNC 5-axis milling setup and operations.
- Physical Capability:Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Independence:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
