Job Summary
Big Blue Marble Academy is seeking a Maintenance Custodian that will manage facility issues and capital improvement projects toensure deliverables fall within the applicable timeline scope and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Work with center director to track facilities issues identify and schedule potential vendors track completion and ensure payment to vendors.
- Manage work requests - ensures completion within established timelines quality & standards
- Managing and running smaller facility and maintenance projects as needed
- Maintains relationships with and catalog of local handyman vendors and subcontractors for projects within each district
- Prepares / prioritizes maintenance activities regarding malfunctions maintenance repairs and modifications in such a way that the work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the production department(s) encounter minimal downtime.
- Follows and adapts processes for submission of requests and ensuring financial approval prior to work beginning
- Stocking
- Cleaning and mopping

- Self-directed ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results
Requirements:
- Excellent communicator with contractors vendors and landlords
- Naturally intuitive with tools and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Extremely detail oriented
- High-level of organizational skills
- Team player with the flexibility and willingness to help out cross-departmentally
- 1-2 years of facilities management project management operations or related experience
