Were a thriving private outpatient practice in the heart of Wilmington NC specializing in helping individuals couples families and teens navigate anxiety trauma depression and life transitions with compassion and expertise. Were growing and were looking for a Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LCSW LCMHC or LMFT) to grow with us.

What Youll Be Doing

Provide in-person therapy to individuals couples families and teens.
Conduct intakes assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each clients goals.
Maintain timely organized documentation (we aim for within 24 hours).
Participate in consultation and team meetings that actually feel valuable.
Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism in person and online.

What You Bring

Active LCSW LCMHC or LMFT license in North Carolina.
Masters degree or higher in a mental healthrelated field.
A passion for providing compassionate evidence-based care.
A collaborative spirit and authentic approach to your work.
