Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Shipper is responsible for preparing packaging and shipping online orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures all shipments meet quality and safety standards and are delivered to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Printing orders pulling preparing and packaging items securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
Accurately label and process orders using shipping software and platforms (e.g. USPS FedEx UPS).
Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Verify order details against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
Monitor and restock shipping supplies as needed and communicate when supplies are low.
Communicate with team members regarding order status or issues.
Using pallet jack hand trucks and other equipment to load unload transport shipping materials.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping packing warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment preferred.

Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g. USPS FedEx UPS systems) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Comfortable with the physical demands of the role including standing bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills for data entry and processing orders.
