Oxnard/Camarillo/Ventura area CA Full-Time $110000 $120000/year base
New Level Resources is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a leading manufacturing and design organization. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in client relationship management project coordination and commercial execution. The position includes travel to customer locations in the local national areas as needed to client locations.What Youll Do
510 years of project or account management experience in retail displays custom millwork or a related field
Strong communication organization and leadership skills
Experience with CRM/ERP systems and manufacturing or design processes
Detail-oriented analytical and commercially minded professional
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead the commercial aspects of projects including quotations SOWs and profitability guidelines.
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams across purchasing manufacturing logistics and design to achieve project goals.
- Identify and resolve potential challenges to maintain customer confidence and project success.
- Forecast and track key account metrics including sales performance and financial projections.
- Conduct kickoff and closeout meetings sharing lessons learned and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all account activities.
- Travel to customer sites locally and nationally as neededto client locations.
