Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRNfor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care including medication administration vital sign monitoring and assistance with daily living activities.
Support RNs and physicians during patient assessments and medical procedures.
Accurately document patient information in electronic health records (EHR).
Monitor observe and promptly report any changes in patient condition.
Maintain a clean organized and compliant environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
Adhere to all facility policies state regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

12 years of clinical experience in acute care long-term care or outpatient settings (required)

Skills:

Strong communication organizational and patient care abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
Proficiency with basic computer applications and EHR systems

Education & Certifications:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Arizona
Current AHA BLS certification (required)
