Location: Brooklyn Park MN

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour based on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm. Overtime available when needed

Employment Type: Full time Temp to Hire

Our client specializes in creating innovative architectural railing staging and custom metal solutions. From stadiums and performance venues to commercial buildings and custom projects the work blends precision engineering with craftsmanship. We are looking for skilled welders to join the team and contribute to the high-quality products that defines their reputation.

What Youll Be Doing:

Performing GTAW welds on Aluminum and Steal
Interpret shop drawings and follow weld symbols
Maintain knowledge of the GMAW process

What makes you a great fit:

2 years of experience in aluminum TIG welding in a fast-paced enviroment

Able to supply your own auto-darkening welding helmet and proper work shoes/boots

Able to read a tape measure

Able to pass AWS Welder Qualification test
