About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Construction Foreman to support our field operations on high-end residential and luxury condominium projects. This is a hands-on field-based position responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site activities assisting the Subcontractors and Project Manager and ensuring work progresses smoothly and according to schedule.

The ideal candidate is reliable organized and detail-oriented someone who thrives on keeping projects running efficiently assisting with material coordination and maintaining a clean safe and productive work environment.

What Youll Do

Be on-site daily to open and close job sites and ensure all trades are working efficiently.
Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.
Act as the on-site eyes and ears for the Project Manager reporting progress and issues promptly.
Perform material runs coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate inventory of tools and materials.
Ensure site cleanliness safety and organization at all times.
Conduct walkthroughs to track daily progress and help identify potential delays or issues.
Support punch list and warranty work as directed.

What Were Looking For

5 years of residential construction experience preferably with custom or high-end homes.
Strong working knowledge of construction processes tools and safety standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills able to work under the direction of the PM and Owner.
Comfortable interacting with trade partners and vendors to ensure smooth job flow.
Dependable proactive and disciplined takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows through.
Valid drivers license.

Compensation: $60000 $80000 annually depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday full-time (on-site 7 AM5 PM typical schedule). Saturdays 7-12 as needed
