German Customer Experience Advisor (C1/C2) Remote in Turkey

Your Key Responsibilities: You will manage and resolve a variety of customer and partner inquiries ensuring a smooth service experience for everyone involved. This involves handling complex issues like cancellations changes refunds and delivery problems. You will use your excellent communication skills to provide clear empathetic and solution-oriented support across calls and emails.
