Were now building a smarter marketing engine one that turns visibility into qualified leads and qualified leads into paying clients. To do that were hiring a Full-Stack Marketing Specialist who can bridge marketing and sales own the entire funnel and deliver measurable growth.

Youre a doer with strategic instincts. Youve worked across multiple areas of digital marketing: from content and automation to landing pages and lead nurturing and you care deeply about results not vanity metrics.
Youre analytical but creative organized but flexible. You understand that marketing isnt about noise; its about conversion data and impact. Youre comfortable working remotely managing multiple tools and stakeholders and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where systems results and accountability matter.
Top Objectives
Build and optimize the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel (lead generation nurturing CRM conversion).
Deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads through content ads and automation.
Improve lead-to-call and call-to-close rates through transparent value-driven messaging.
Maintain CRM accuracy attribution tracking and campaign reporting for full visibility.
Strengthen Vyssors brand trust and reputation through social proof reviews and client stories.
Main Responsibilities
1. Content & Campaign Execution
Create and schedule content across LinkedIn and Meta.
Coordinate founder-led posts and short-form videos.
Repurpose top-performing content into ads blog snippets and emails.
Maintain consistent brand voice visuals and message.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Manage and optimize all landing pages forms and lead magnets.
Collaborate with PPC and SEO specialists to align copy visuals and conversion goals.
Ensure leads flow properly into the CRM and follow-up automations.
Track and report on funnel performance (CPL lead-to-call call-to-close).
3. Email Marketing & Automation
Design and maintain nurture sequences for leads no-shows onboarding and cross-selling.
Run A/B tests on subject lines and calls-to-action to improve engagement.
Monitor open rates CTRs and unsubscribe rates and optimize accordingly.
4. CRM Analytics & Reporting
Ensure all data in Zoho CRM is accurate tagged and attributed.
Build dashboards tracking lead sources campaign ROI and conversion metrics.
Prepare concise weekly reports and a monthly insights summary for leadership.
5. Social Proof & Brand Governance
Manage client reviews testimonials and reputation campaigns.
Maintain 100% adherence to Vyssors brand guidelines.
Audit all marketing materials for consistency and clarity.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in service-based or B2B companies
Proven experience running campaigns end-to-end (ads content automation CRM)
Proficiency with Zoho or similar CRM systems
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and act on insights
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Self-managed resourceful and comfortable in a remote fast-paced setup
Bonus: Experience with paid acquisition email flows and automation tools
