Sales Development Head

About the Role
The Sales Development Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic development governance and performance of the nationwide seller network. This position ensures the seamless administration motivation and support of the sales organization across all business units under Filinvest Hospitality Corporation. The role requires a results-driven leader who can strengthen operational excellence build scalable systems and elevate overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Seller Network Management

  • Lead and oversee all seller network processes including affiliation accreditation and onboarding of sales partners.

  • Manage seller evaluation movement and contract administration ensuring accurate payroll advice and alignment with company standards.

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure integrity and compliance within the sales ecosystem.

2. Sales Rewards

  • Oversee the design and implementation of commission structures sales incentive programs and awards systems to drive performance and engagement.

  • Partner with Finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely computation validation and release of all sales rewards.

  • Continuously review incentive schemes to maintain competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

3. Sales Performance

  • Drive the development of sales dashboards performance tracking tools and analytics to provide management with actionable insights.

  • Establish and monitor regular performance reviews benchmarking productivity and conversion efficiency across channels.

  • Identify training and performance gaps to support sales capability development initiatives.

4. Global Sales Support

  • Provide high-level operational and administrative support to international sales offices and partners ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.

  • Standardize processes and reporting frameworks to maintain consistency across global sales functions.

  • Support business development initiatives by ensuring readiness of systems reports and reward mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management or any related field; MBA is an advantage.

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Sales Administration Sales Operations or Sales Development with 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

  • Strong understanding of sales governance incentive design and performance management systems.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex sales support operations.

  • Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
