Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Senior Executive - Program Management at Chennai.

What a typical day look like:

• Must have good knowledgeof Program management Services

• Process Design & Control: Ability to define monitor and improve QMS processes including inputs outputs interactions and performance indicators. Handle Customer complaints

• Documentation Management: Proficiency in creating updating and controlling documented information per ISO 9001 standards

• Audit & Compliance: Experience conducting internal audits managing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and ensuring compliance with ISO clauses

• Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated leadership in promoting quality culture communicating objectives and engaging team

• Risk Management: Risk assessments triggered by changes in internal/external contexts or strategic direction. Ensuring risks are documented and mitigated effectively

• Data Management & Reporting: Ability to monitor real-time productivity manage dashboards and analyze performance metrics.

• System Integration: Experience with SharePoint workflows document management systems and automation tools.

• Training & Governance: Involvement in training needs analysis skill matrix surveys and governance documentation

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Quality will be added advantage

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification.

• Experience with tools like QUALfx Mirror Tool and DMS Library.

• Familiarity with FMEA CAR tracking and dashboard reporting

• Strong analytical and statistical skills

• Power Apps Tableau SharePoint VBA: For digitization and dashboarding

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
