Schedule: Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 17:00 (rotational shifts 5 days/week)
Salary: 1100 gross/month

Join our Customer Support Team one of the worlds leading online travel platforms!

As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist youll provide high-quality assistance to travelers helping them with bookings reservations and travel-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls emails and chat messages from customers in Croatian and English.

  • Assist travelers with bookings changes cancellations and general inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information about accommodations transportation and services.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to solve more complex cases.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Croatian (C1/C2 level).

  • Good English communication skills (B2 level minimum).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

  • Customer-oriented empathetic and professional approach.

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit.

  • Ability to work on-site in Athens.
