As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist youll provide high-quality assistance to travelers helping them with bookings reservations and travel-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Main Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls emails and chat messages from customers in Croatian and English.

Assist travelers with bookings changes cancellations and general inquiries.

Provide accurate information about accommodations transportation and services.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal departments to solve more complex cases.
Requirements

Native or fluent Croatian (C1/C2 level).

Good English communication skills (B2 level minimum).

Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Customer-oriented empathetic and professional approach.

EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit.

Ability to work on-site in Athens.
