Main Responsibilities

Evaluate user-generated video content according to defined policies and standards.

Review classify and take appropriate action on flagged material.

Maintain consistency and accuracy in applying content guidelines.

Document decisions and outcomes within internal systems.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality discussions.

Contribute to building a respectful and safe online community.
Candidate Profile

German language fluency (C1) and English proficiency (B2).

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.

Availability to relocate and begin working in Lisbon shortly.

Analytical mindset emotional stability and reliability when handling sensitive content.

Experience in moderation risk analysis or customer support is beneficial but not required full training is included.
