Your Role

Deliver outstanding customer service through email chat and phone.
Guide users through platform features and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Provide clear information and empathetic support to ensure user satisfaction.
Work closely with team members to meet and exceed service standards.
Manage user data accurately and professionally in internal systems.

Requirements

Native-level or C2 German and B2 English.
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card.
Relocation to Portugal and immediate availability to start.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential full training is included.
