What you will do
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Support and Development to build expertise and explore solution paths
- Handle customer requests via our Service Desk and provide clear reliable support
- Reproduce and analyze issues by setting up test scenarios in our internal environments
- Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Gain deep insights into hospital workflows clinical environments and the user experience with medical devices and supporting technologies
Qualifications :
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Medical Engineering or a comparable field
- Strong customer orientation analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- A structured reliable and independent working style
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English
